KSRTC will launch a new Flybus service between Kempegowda International Airport and Kozhikode from August 15, offering direct connectivity via Mysuru and Wayanad
Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has announced a new Flybus service connecting Kempegowda International Airport (KIAB), Bengaluru, with Kozhikode in Kerala from August 15, 2026. The service will operate through Mysuru, Gonikoppa, Mananthawadi and Kalpetta, with a ticket fare of Rs. 1,500 for the full journey.
Bengaluru: The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has announced the introduction of a new Flybus service between Kempegowda International Airport (KIAB), Bengaluru, and Kozhikode, Kerala, to improve connectivity for air passengers and inter-state travellers.
According to a press release issued by KSRTC, the new service will commence operations from August 15, 2026. The Flybus will connect Bengaluru airport with key destinations in Karnataka and Kerala, providing passengers with a direct road transport option after arriving at or departing from the airport.
KSRTC said the Flybus service will begin operations on August 15, 2026, with a fare of Rs. 1,500 between Bengaluru Airport and Kozhikode.

The corporation stated that the service is intended to provide convenient connectivity for passengers travelling between Bengaluru Airport and destinations across southern Karnataka and northern Kerala.

The introduction of the Flybus service is expected to benefit passengers travelling to and from Mysuru, Kodagu district, Wayanad, and Kozhikode, reducing the need for multiple transfers after air travel.
KSRTC stated that the service has been planned to offer a direct and scheduled transport option between Bengaluru's international airport and major destinations along the Karnataka - Kerala corridor.
The corporation has advised passengers to book tickets through KSRTC's reservation system before travelling.
