Over 7 lakh students await results as Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board prepares for official release on April 9; revaluation options to follow.
Bengaluru: In a major announcement bringing relief to lakhs of students, Karnataka Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa confirmed that the Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2026 will be declared on the evening of April 9. More than 7 lakh students who appeared for the examination are eagerly waiting for their results.
The minister stated that due to ongoing by-elections in two constituencies across Karnataka, the results will be announced after the completion of the voting process. A press conference will be held in the evening where detailed result statistics, pass percentage, and toppers list will be revealed.
Official Website to Host Results
Students can check their results on the official website of the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board using their registration number. The board has completed all technical preparations, including uploading marks data, to ensure a smooth and timely result declaration.
“All arrangements are in place, and students can access their results online without delay,” officials confirmed.
Exam Conducted Across 1,217 Centres
The Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2026 (Exam 1) was conducted from February 28 to March 17, 2026, across 1,217 examination centres in the state. The large-scale examination saw participation from lakhs of students across science, commerce, and arts streams.
Revaluation and Answer Sheet Access After Results
Students who are not satisfied with their marks will be allowed to apply for:
- Revaluation (Rechecking of answer sheets)
- Scanned copies of answer scripts
- Recounting of marks
The application process for these services will begin immediately after the result declaration, with detailed dates to be officially announced.
