Bengaluru: In a horrifying incident that has shaken the city, a 45-year-old woman was brutally murdered and her body dumped in a garbage pile in Bengaluru. The incident occurred in Kengeri’s Mahadeshwara Layout, raising serious concerns over public safety.

The deceased has been identified as Kempamma (45). According to initial reports, she was attacked with a rod and sustained fatal head injuries, leading to severe blood loss. Her body was later discarded near a roadside garbage heap, where locals discovered it.

Gruesome Scene Shocks Locals
Witnesses reported seeing blood stains at the crime scene, indicating that the victim may have struggled before succumbing to injuries. Passersby who noticed the body immediately alerted authorities, leaving the neighbourhood in shock.
“The condition of the body and the scene indicate a violent attack. An investigation is underway to identify the accused,” police sources stated.
Police and FSL Team Investigation
Following a distress call to the emergency helpline 112, the Kengeri Police Station personnel rushed to the spot and initiated an investigation. The Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) team also examined the area to collect crucial evidence.

Officials stated that an Aadhaar card was recovered near the body, helping establish the victim’s identity. A case has been registered, and police are working to trace the perpetrators.
