11 Helpline WhatsApp Numbers Now Available for Quick Resolution of Power Outages and Electricity Issues


Bengaluru: BESCOM (Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited) has introduced 11 WhatsApp helpline numbers to help consumers quickly report power outages and other electricity-related complaints. This initiative comes as the existing 24x7 helpline 1912 occasionally becomes unavailable due to high call volumes, causing inconvenience for residents.


The WhatsApp helpline allows users to send messages, photos, and videos of power-related issues for faster resolution, ensuring prompt attention to consumer grievances across BESCOM’s jurisdiction.
