Belagavi: A father has been arrested for allegedly killing his 15-day-old baby girl in Ukkad village of Belagavi district. The brutal crime has sparked outrage, raising serious concerns over gender bias and violence against girl children.
The victim, identified as Priyanka, was just 15 days old. Police investigations disclosed that the accused father, Bhimaraya Chippadi from Bhoothramanahatti village, allegedly committed the crime, sending shockwaves across the region.
