According to preliminary information, Bhaskar was living alone at his house following the death of his wife around 10 years ago. His daughter, who had been staying with him, had recently gone to her maternal relatives' house.
Police suspect that Bhaskar allegedly died by suicide by hanging himself inside his residence when no one else was present.
The incident remained unnoticed for nearly two days before it came to light after relatives and acquaintances were unable to contact him.

Following the discovery of the body, Bhaskar's sister lodged a complaint with the local police station.
