A teen student in Hubballi reportedly struggled after scoring lower than expected despite passing with First Class
Hubballi: A tragic incident has been reported from Hubballi, where a second PUC student reportedly died after feeling distressed over receiving lower marks than expected in the recently announced examination results. The incident has left the family devastated and sparked concern over academic pressure among students.
According to reports, the student, identified as Shravani Kale, had studied Commerce at a local college in Hubballi. She reportedly scored 466 out of 600 marks, approximately 77.67%, and passed in First Class.
Family members and local reports suggest she had hoped for significantly higher marks.
Incident Reported at Home
Authorities stated that the student was later found unresponsive in her room at home after family members became concerned when she did not come out for a long time.
Authorities have not publicly confirmed the exact cause of death yet, and the case is under investigation. Police are examining the circumstances before making any official conclusion.
Relatives reportedly said she had aimed for above 90% and believed she would score much higher. The emotional gap between expectations and results may have deeply affected her.
Examination seasons often bring anxiety, comparison, and fear of disappointing others. Many students may feel that one result defines everything, but it does not. There are re-evaluation options, repeat exams, alternate paths, and many future opportunities.
