94.1% Overall Pass Rate as Over 7.24 Lakh Students Clear SSLC Exams, District Rankings Revealed by Minister Madhu Bangarappa
Bengaluru: The Karnataka SSLC Result 2026 for the academic year 2025–26 has been officially announced, bringing clarity to one of the most anticipated questions, which district ranked first and which stood last. The results were declared by Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa, who confirmed a record pass percentage of 94.1% across the state.
Out of 7,70,209 students who appeared, a total of 7,24,794 students passed, reflecting a strong academic performance. The examinations were conducted across 2,870 centres between March 18 and April 2.
Udupi district secured second place with 98.18%, followed closely by Uttara Kannada (98.09%) in third position.
At the other end of the spectrum, Kalaburagi district recorded the lowest pass percentage at 85.06%, placing it last among all districts.
