CCTV Footage Raises Suspicion as Husband Accuses Acquaintance of Involvement, Police Launch Probe in Bagalgunte Case
Bengaluru: In a mysterious and sensational case reported from Bengaluru, a woman who stepped out of her house on the pretext of dumping garbage has gone missing, with her husband alleging that she eloped with an acquaintance after allegedly drugging him with sleeping pills.
The incident has been reported under the jurisdiction of the Bagalgunte Police Station, where authorities have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the disappearance.
CCTV footage from the area reportedly shows Priyanka stepping out of the house at around 11:57 pm on April 11, carrying a bag along with the garbage bin, which has further deepened suspicions surrounding the case.
The couple, who have two children, were residing in the Bagalgunte area. The husband claimed that he had earlier warned his wife following a dispute involving Prabhu, indicating prior tensions linked to their association.
“She left after I was asleep. I suspect she planned this and left with Prabhu,” the complainant reportedly told police.
These allegations are currently under investigation, and officials are working to verify the claims through medical and forensic examination.
Authorities are also analysing CCTV footage, call records, and other digital evidence to determine whether the woman left voluntarily or under coercion.
