The issue gained traction after Divya Gandotra Tandon shared a video highlighting multiple concerns faced by daily commuters. The video points to systemic issues such as inflated prices for basic necessities, lack of security, and deteriorating infrastructure.

RailwaySeva Responds, Issue Escalated
Responding to the growing outrage, RailwaySeva acknowledged the complaint and stated that the matter has been escalated to the concerned officials, including Danapur Division (DRM DNR), for necessary action.

Additionally, North Western Railway also responded, assuring that the issue would be examined by the relevant authorities.
