To manage crowd movement and ensure security, officials have deployed over 2,000 police personnel across the area. Security checks, route monitoring, and entry regulation measures have also been put in place.

“All arrangements have been completed for the Prime Minister’s visit, including security, transport, and public event management.”

Special Mysore Peta Prepared for Narendra Modi

A traditional Mysore Peta has been specially made for Prime Minister Modi for the occasion. The headgear was prepared by Mysuru-based artisan Nandan Singh, who reportedly spent five days completing the work.

The Peta has been designed in a royal style inspired by the headgear worn during the era of Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar. It includes Banaras fabric and the Gandaberunda emblem, a symbol linked with Karnataka heritage.

The ceremonial honour is being arranged through the Nammuru Nammoru Seva organisation under the guidance of religious heads associated with the institution.
