UBSE releases Class 10 and 12 results for over 2.15 lakh students, Akshita Goyal and Geetika Pant secure top ranks with above 98 per centDehradun: The Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) has officially announced the Class 10 and Class 12 Results 2026, bringing an end to the anticipation among lakhs of students. Candidates who appeared for the board examinations can now access their results through the official portals — uaresults.nic.in and ubse.uk.gov.in, as well as via DigiLocker and SMS services.
This year, a total of 2,15,252 students appeared for the board examinations, including 1,12,266 students in Class 10 and 1,20,986 students in Class 12. The examinations were conducted between February 21 and March 20, 2026, while practical exams took place from January 16 to February 15, all held in a single shift from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Girls Shine as State Toppers
Continuing a strong academic trend, girls have outperformed boys in both categories. In Class 10, Akshita Goyal emerged as the state topper with an impressive 98.20 percent, while in Class 12, Geetika Pant secured the top position by scoring 490 out of 500 marks, translating to 98 percent.
“The consistent performance of girl students highlights the growing academic excellence and educational empowerment in Uttarakhand,” education officials noted.
